NJ Coslab Co., Ltd. (Brand: BYTHEQUALITY, the "Company") provides the following information regarding consent to the collection and use of personal information for marketing purposes and to receiving advertising information. Marketing consent is optional, and there is no restriction on membership registration or use of the service if you do not consent.

• Items collected and used — name, contact number (mobile phone), email, service usage history
• Purpose of use — announcements of new products, events and promotions; benefit information; customer satisfaction surveys

Advertising information is sent only through channels the member has consented to. The channels are email, SMS and KakaoTalk, and consent may be given or withdrawn for each channel individually.

Information is retained and used until consent is withdrawn or membership is terminated. Upon withdrawal of consent or membership termination, use for marketing purposes stops immediately.

In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Company does not send advertising information between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM the following day. Advertising messages scheduled during those hours are sent after 8:00 AM the next day.

You may change or withdraw consent at any time in either of the following ways:

• My Page — change each channel (email, SMS, KakaoTalk) individually in the notification settings
• "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of emails — clicking unsubscribe in an advertising email takes effect immediately

Once withdrawn, advertising messages to that channel stop immediately.

• Refusing consent does not cause any disadvantage in membership registration or use of basic services.
• In accordance with Article 62-3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization, the Company notifies you by email every two years from the date of consent of the fact of your consent and asks whether you wish to keep receiving. If you take no action, your consent remains in effect.
• Essential transactional notices such as orders, delivery, payment and settlement are not advertising and are sent regardless of consent status.
• Details on the processing of personal information follow the Privacy Policy.
