Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between By The Quality (hereinafter "the Company") and its users regarding the use of e-commerce services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)
  • "Mall" refers to the virtual business site operated by the Company for the sale of goods and services.
  • "User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Mall and use the services.
  • "Member" refers to a person who has registered and can continuously use the services.
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment)

These terms are posted on the Mall's website for users to review. The Company may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.

Article 4 (Service Provision)

The Company provides the following services:

  • Provision of information about goods or services and conclusion of purchase contracts
  • Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
  • Other services determined by the Company
Article 5 (Membership Registration)

Users apply for membership by filling in the required information and agreeing to these terms. The Company approves membership unless there are special circumstances.

Article 6 (Purchase and Payment)

Users may purchase goods through the following payment methods:

  • Credit card payment
  • Bank transfer
  • Other payment methods determined by the Company
Article 7 (Withdrawal of Subscription)

Users may withdraw their subscription within 7 days from the date of receiving the goods in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or equivalent circumstances. The Company is also not liable for damages caused by the user's fault.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Disputes between the Company and users shall be resolved through mutual consultation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to the competent court.

Article 10 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Qualification)

Members may apply for withdrawal at any time through My Page, and the Company processes the withdrawal in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Upon withdrawal, the member's right to use the service is immediately lost, and login and service access are restricted.
  • The personal information of withdrawn members is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, retained for 5 years from the withdrawal date for settlement, transaction record-keeping, and dispute resolution, then irreversibly anonymized.
  • Transaction records such as orders and payments are preserved for a separate period in accordance with applicable laws.
  • If there are unsettled obligations such as unpaid amounts (accounts receivable), withdrawal may be completed after such obligations are fulfilled.
