Message from the CEO

Since 1996, I have been teaching estheticians with the hope that they would develop a stronger sense of pride and professionalism in their work.

As I continued to provide education on skin, cosmetics, and consultation techniques, I came to recognize that professional skincare products are an essential part of esthetic practice. This realization led me to begin developing cosmetics in 2007.

To create products that truly reflected my philosophy and standards, I established NJ Coslab Co., Ltd. and launched BYTHEQUALITY in May 2022 as a dermacosmetic brand specializing in solutions for problematic skin.

BYTHEQUALITY was created to offer confidence and hope to consumers suffering from skin concerns by supporting their journey toward healthier skin.

At the same time, we hope to help estheticians achieve more effective clinical results, strengthen their confidence in their profession, and find greater fulfillment in the work they do each day.

Together with every member of BYTHEQUALITY, I sincerely hope that our brand will contribute to both healthier skin and a more rewarding professional future for estheticians.
